SVG’s Fast Kidd, Keo Davis, is set to clash against some of Grenada’s best at the 2023 Whistsuntide Games. Davis, a native of St. Vincent & the Grenadines won the U17100m bronze and 200m silver at the CARIFTA Games in 2022 then went on to capture the Under 17 200m title at Whitsuntide Games 2022. His gold medal performance at Whitsuntide Games came with a Personal Best of 21.92 seconds relegating rising star Ethan Sam to the silver medal in the 200m event. Now a senior at St. Vincent Grammar School Davis has continued his run of sprinting success into 2023.

In February, he smashed Grammar School’s near 50-year record in the Senior 200m, then went on to drop a personal best in the 200m at Carifta. This year Davis is scheduled to move up to the U20 division where he’ll find himself smack in the middle of a rivalry that Grenadian Track and Field fans have been salivating over for most of the 2023 season; Elisha Williams vs Rickyle Telemaque.
